Clothing and Shoe Drive
The Department of Recreational Sports is sponsoring a clothing /shoe drive for the Milwaukee Rescue Mission. Please help us out and drop off your gently used items at the Rec Center or Rec Plex. The department will be accepting items through May 1, 2009.

Recreational Sports
Mission Statement:
The Department of Recreational Sports embraces the Jesuit philosophy of education in developing the Mind, Body and Spirit and fosters the out of classroom experience. Recreational Sports will facilitate the transformational learning experience by engaging students in a comprehensive wellness and activities program to develop and promote healthy lifestyles, leadership and lifetime skills and sportsmanship.
Goals:
- Develop a comprehensive wellness and activities program that supports the values of healthy lifestyles and lifetime leisure activities.
- Provide facilities, equipment and other resources to support the mission.
- Provide student development and leadership opportunities.
- Employ a professional student staff, committed to serving quality programs.
- Develop a campus recreation program that will be among the three or four best programs at Catholic Universities in America.
